Some people hold the idea that God took Mary to wife and had a son who is called Jesus. This view is blasphemous and totally absurd. If you ever believed this foolishness, please confess your sin and ask forgiveness from God. When the Injeel calls Jesus the Son of God this does not mean that God begot a child through a woman as human beings procreate.
Christ the Eternal Son – A title
Son of God is a title indicating spiritual relationship. Jesus is also called Servant of God, the Son of David, the Son of Man, the Lord, Savior, the New Adam, the Mediator, and the High Priest. Christ is the eternal Son. Prophet Isaiah says” For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)
God’s Revelation
Angel Gabriel told Mary that the child in her womb will be called the Son of the Most High (Injeel- Luke 1:35)
God the Father testified that “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased” (Injeel- Matthew 3:17; Matthew 17:5)
Jesus Himself Confirmed
Jesus did not normally make use of the title “Son of God” in His public discourses, but it was in intimate conversation and in prayer that He revealed Himself as “the Son of God”. There are many passages in Injeel where Jesus referred to God as “My Father” and to Himself as “the Son”.

Jesus is not one of the Prophets
Jesus is not merely a prophet sent by God (Injeel- Matthew 12:41-42) He has a profound relationship and intimate knowledge of the Father to such a degree that He and the Father are one (Injeel- John 10:30; John 10:15; John 8:19; John 14:8,9; ). In Injeel, Jesus explicitly confirm that He is the Son of the living God (Injeel- Matthew 16:13-17)
