Injeel

What is Injeel?
Some people believe that the Injeel (Gospel) is a book given to Jesus by God, similar to how the Torah was given to Moses. However, there is no historical or scriptural evidence to support this claim.
Separation from God
Humanity, by nature, is sinful and separated from God, with no hope of bridging that gap on its own. The Injeel, however, represents the good news that God has provided a way of salvation for mankind.
As stated in Romans 1:16, the Injeel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.

Problem
Sin has thoroughly corrupted mankind and resulted in an eternal separation from God.
The Reality of Sin
Holy Scripture teaches that the wages of sin are eternal separation from God and eternal torment in hell—what we call physical and spiritual death. Sin is the root cause of all the problems humanity faces.
The truth is, all people are sinful and incapable of meeting God’s standards of good and right. No child is taught to be selfish or jealous; these tendencies are inherent in human nature. Scripture also warns that those who claim they have not sinned are deceiving themselves. Sin is not merely a mistake; it is willful rebellion against God, our Creator.
(Romans 6:23,
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”)
Revelation 20:15.
“And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.”
(Romans 3:10-12,
“As it is written, ‘There is none righteous, not even one; There is none who understands,
There is none who seeks for God; All have turned aside, together they have become useless; There is none who does good, there is not even one.’“
1 John 1:8-10
“If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.”
The consequence of sin is not a debt that can be repaid through good deeds or religious rituals. Instead, it is spiritual death—a state of being hopelessly separated from the presence of a holy God.

Situation
The love of God, as revealed through the Crucifixion of Jesus, is proclaimed in the Injeel.

Injeel Declares Gods Love
The Injeel declares that God is love. It reveals that God Almighty, the Creator of the universe, loves all of humanity as a father loves his children. He cares deeply about every detail of your life. In 1 John 4:8, the Injeel says….
In 1 John 4:8, the Injeel says, “The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.”
And in John 3:16, it further declares, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
It is important to understand that the Injeel is the only scripture that explicitly states “God is love.” Below are just a few verses from the Injeel that highlight God’s profound love for you:
Jeremiah 31:3.
“I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore, I have drawn you with lovingkindness.“
Isaiah 49:15-16
“Can a woman forget her nursing child and have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even she may forget, but I will not forget you. Behold I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands “
1 John 4:10
“This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins”.
Romans 5:8
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Injeel Declares God Incarnate
Holy Scripture reveals that God became man, taking on human form out of His love for humanity. This truth is difficult for us to comprehend how could the Creator of the universe be born as a child with all the limitations of humanity?
This truth is difficult for us to comprehend—how could the Creator of the universe be born as a child with all the limitations of humanity? It is indeed mind-boggling. Yet, no one invented the idea that Jesus is God; it is what the Scriptures clearly teach.
Many centuries before the event, God’s prophets foretold this miraculous occurrence. Here are a few of those prophecies:
God’s Promise – He would be the seed of a woman (Genesis 3:15).
Prophet Isaiah – His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14): “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.” Immanuel means “God with us.”
Prophet Micah – His place of birth (Micah 5:2): “But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. His goings forth are from long ago, from the days of eternity.”
Prophet Isaiah – His identity (Isaiah 9:6): “For a child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”
Angel Gabriel – Son of the Most High (Luke 1:32): “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High.”
· Jesus’ Miracles, Death and Resurrection : The Injeel also reveals that Jesus performed miracles (Matthew 9:35) and that He would suffer, die, and rise again (Luke 9:22). “The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed and be raised up on the third day.”
The message of God becoming man is a profound truth revealed to us in the Injeel.

Prophecies of David and Isaiah
Psalm 22, written by David around 1000 years before Christ, contains several striking references to the crucifixion. These words were eerily fulfilled in Jesus’ death. We do not have to bear the punishments for our sins.
Psalm 22:1: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” – Jesus spoke these words on the cross (Matthew 27:46).
Psalm 22:7-8: “All who see me mock me; they hurl insults, shaking their heads…” – This was fulfilled as people mocked Jesus (Matthew 27:39; Mark 15:29).
Psalm 22:16-18: “They pierce my hands and my feet. All my bones are on display; people stare and gloat over me. They divide my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment.” – This is a vivid description of the crucifixion (Matthew 27:35, Mark 15:24, Luke 23:34).
Similarly, Isaiah 53 foretold the suffering and death of the Messiah:
Isaiah 53:5: “He was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” – Jesus’ suffering brought salvation (1 Peter 2:24).
Isaiah 53:7: “He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter…” – Jesus remained silent before His accusers (Matthew 27:12-19).
Isaiah 53:9: “He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death…” – Jesus was buried in the tomb of a wealthy man (Matthew 27:57-60).
These prophecies, among many others, confirm that Jesus Christ is the promised Messiah, fulfilling God’s plan for the salvation of humanity.
Solution
God extends His invitation to all individuals to approach Him and have their lost relationship with Him restored.

An invitation to a relationship with God
God extends a powerful invitation to begin a personal relationship with Him because He desires for us to know Him intimately and draw near to Him.
Prophet David (Dawood) says in Psalm 27:8: “My heart has heard you say, ‘Come and talk with me.’ And my heart responds, ‘Lord, I am coming.'”
Jesus further invites us in Matthew 11:28-29: “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
In Revelation 3:20, we hear God’s personal invitation: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.”

Injeel declares God’s forgiveness through Jesus Christ
The Injeel reveals the profound truth that God has forgiven you through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross. This is the heart of the good news…
This is the heart of the good news: we do not have to bear the punishment for our sins. Jesus’ death was the ultimate sacrifice for our wrongdoings, paying the price we could never pay ourselves. It satisfied God’s requirement for justice and opened the way for us to be reconciled to God.
Through this sacrifice, Jesus took upon Himself the wrath of God against sin, allowing us to receive forgiveness and restore our relationship with God.
Isaiah 1:18 offers this invitation: “Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.”
1 John 1:9 assures us: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Ephesians 1:7 affirms: “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace.”
Colossians 1:13-14 declares: “He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”
Where can we find such a clear and direct assurance of God’s forgiveness ? The Injeel reveals a grace-filled path to reconciliation with God, where we can find forgiveness, peace, and eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ.
What to do next?
One must repent from their sins and place their trust in Jesus Christ in order to receive forgiveness and eternal life.

Injeel declares that God makes alive the spirit of those who trust in Christ
The Injeel teaches that the beginning of a relationship with God comes through receiving and believing in Jesus Christ. When we accept Him, we are given the privilege of becoming God’s children.
“But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.” (Injeel, John 1:12)
This verse highlights that it is through faith in Jesus Christ—believing in who He is and what He has done—that we enter into a new identity as children of God. This new relationship is not based on our own efforts, but on God’s grace and the transformation that comes through faith in His Son.
The Injeel reveals that through faith in Jesus Christ, God gives new life to our spirits. Before coming to Christ, we were spiritually dead in our sins, separated from God. But in His great mercy and love, God offers us the gift of spiritual life through Jesus.
“And you were dead in the trespasses and sins. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ.” (Ephesians 2:1, 4-5)
This passage teaches that, while we were spiritually dead—unable to reach God or save ourselves—God, in His mercy, made us alive with Christ. This spiritual resurrection is a gift from God, not based on our works, but on His love and grace. Through Christ, we are given new life, restored to a right relationship with God.

Injeel assures us that we can escape the day of judgement
The Injeel provides the comforting assurance that, through faith in Jesus Christ, we can escape the judgment of sin and the eternal consequences of separation from God.
“For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment.” (Injeel, John 5:22-24)
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)
The Injeel clearly shows the way of salvation for all who are sincere and seeking. By believing in Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness, escape condemnation, and are promised eternal life. This offer of salvation is open to all who come with a humble and seeking heart.
